You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Your trailer must be hooked up to a water source and sewer connection. No leaks in the tanks or plumbing.
A hydro-jet nozzle is inserted through a clear fitting via a strategically placed hole where the line is inserted and then the pressure cleaning begins washing out all of the sludge and debris.
Hydro-jetting is recommended at least once a year for seasonal RV usage, when setting up for storage or when you purchase a used RV.
When using your RV a build up of struvites which is crystals that stick to the side of your tank, sometimes on your sensors and over time makes them drain slower and all kinds of things will get caught up in them. Things like toilet paper, hair and grease are just a few, it depends on what you put down the drain. When you have your tanks cleaned it clears out most of the sludge and should make your RV smell better as well. Again no chemicals are used only water.
That depends on how often you are using your RV/camper during the year. If you are a full time in your RV every year would be good. If you are not using it that often then maybe once every 2 years unless you are having issues with smell and draining.
It is usually caused by leftover waste that is still in the tanks after dumping or even flushing. To get rid of the sludge and waste then you will get rid of the odor. Using chemicals only covers up the problem it does not fix it.
When your tanks are unclean with sludge, paper or calcium build-up is on the sensors and may be effecting the electrical system for the sensors and control panel. Most cases it is because the tanks are dirty and most of the time our cleaning system will fix this problem.
These attachments will help a little but only if your tanks are not very dirty and there is not allot of build up of waste in the tanks. These attachments only use 40-50 PSI from your water hose and our cleaning system will be at least 1500 PSI sometimes more if needed and we use specialized equipment to clean your tanks.
The cleaning process is scheduled by appointment and completed in about 2 hours sometimes less time, while you wait you may even observe the process and see what is coming out. We do request that you are at the RV and be on site during the process. We will allow you to observe and answer any questions you may have.
It is very possible that your RV/camper could have build up of sludge, hair, struvite even though it is not very old. Depending on how much you use the trailer will depend on the amount of build up that has accumalated in the holding tanks.
